Maximizing the central park

Van Aelst I Nguyen and Partners have designed a residential complex in Hanoi with total of 317.000m2 area. The target audience for the project is mid-end buyers to which the design has been tailored. Green landscape design played a critical role for the design approach. The residential towers have been placed on the outline of the site and arranged in a way clear apartment outlooks have been achieved for all the residential units. In addition, a central park we have created which is 100% pedestrian oriented with an impressive range of outdoor activities, including tennis and basketball courts, kids playgrounds, reading gardens, grand water features with dancing fountains and water mirrors, café and restaurant outdoor seating areas, …

Elevated park corridors

In addition to the central park, we have integrated green areas in the building podium to host various indoor and outdoor facilities including swimming pools, gym areas, BBQ gardens and community spaces. Also on the roof top of various towers, terraces have been integrated with a mix of private and semi-public gardens. The landscape design has been design in collaboration with our strategic partner OMGEVING (Antwerp, Belgium).
