Position Description:

A unique opportunity to join a highly creative environment in the Design communications team. The team are responsible for the visual representation and production of visual artwork for all projects from sketch through to photorealistic imagery, while assisting in the design process. you will play a crucial role in bringing our architectural visions to life. You will work closely with our design team to create stunning 3D visualizations and animations that allow clients and stakeholders to fully grasp the beauty and functionality of our architectural designs.

Position Requirements:

• Outstanding portfolio of 3D work
• An advanced proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Corona, Lumion and Adobe Photoshop will be required
• Good spatial understanding of buildings, contrast, and composition relating to virtual environment
• Strong sensitivity to the atmospheric ambiance and storytelling
• Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret 2D drawings and sketches into 3D visualizations.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and animations that accurately represent our architectural designs.
• Optimize and refine 3D models and visualizations to achieve the highest level of realism and visual impact.
• Work on a variety of projects, including mixed-use, hospitality and culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to continually improve the quality of our visualizations.
• Ambitious and Team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Architecture Visualizer or similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, Sketchup, Corona, Lumion, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural visualizations and animations.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of architectural design principles and terminology.
