MANOR TOWER LAO CAI

The Manor Lao Cai project is inspired by the impressive and beautiful terraced rice fields in the Northern region of Vietnam. The fluidity of lines has been incorporated in both the façade and landscape design.

The project comprises of hotel, residential and retail project components. Key features of the project are a stunning cantilevered infinite pool and a roof top sky bar with observation deck providing a 360-degree grand view over its surrounding. The façade language is inspired by the terraced fields line geometry, encompassing the various project components.

The context-based landscape design reflects the curves and shapes of the terraces, this landscape lines are translated in the hardscape and softscape of the project. The materials of the project are local and natural to enhance the sustainable and ecological character of the open space and the quality of the landscape design in general. The use of local materials and vegetation also embedded the project to surrounding beautiful landscape.
